We've successfully adjusted every year of Ram 2500 from 2010 to 2018 and it is rumored 2019 use the same setup. The 2018's and newer, required slightly more effort as Dodge has a firewall on the OBDII port and a bypass module is needed.

YES! You must have a 4-digit key code PIN from the dealer Parts department. Do not go to the Service department, they will not help. There are 2 PIN numbers associated with your key and truck, 1 for programming the key and the other for cutting for a key. IMO, it's a good idea to get both codes as soon as you possibly can. Be aware that some dealers have refused to give out the PIN, and a few charge a fee ($20-50) to get the code. In Some cases we can acquire the code for you.

Tell them that you need the codes to make a spare key. You should receive a 4-digit & a 5-digit code. You only need the 4-digit code for this process but it never hurts to have both. Some dealers will tell you that the PIN codes expire, this is simply not true. There is a code that does expire but it's a rolling code only used if you lose all your keys.

80% (20% less) of the threshold value found on the door jamb sticker. Example: If your sticker shows 65 front and 80 rear (these are the threshold values), then the warnings will come on at 52 front and 64 rear. If this occurs, you'll have to air up the tire(s) to the threshold value for the warnings to go off.

With our computer, we can set the threshold down to 28 psi (jeeps may be lower) and the warnings would come on around 22. But doesn't allow for complete removal. Although that is low enough for most people and it may be nice to know if you actually have a flat.

It will not. Engine tune files are in the ECM and the TPMS settings are in the BCM & RFH.

If the dealer flashes the BCM (very rare) then the settings could be reset. It will depend if the flash is for the entire BCM or only certain modules within it.

With dealers, anything's possible but we highly doubt it. 1. They would have to find the adjustment made. 2. They'd have to prove that the adjustment caused the problem. 3. Keep in mind that dealers made these adjustment before FCA removed the ability.

This adjustment is only for the low pressure settings. The high pressure setting is set at 90 psi and cannot be adjusted.
